After much debate and research for the best recyclable options for ziplock jewelry baggies, I have decided to make the switch to biodegradable. This way at least they won't be drifting in the wind for centuries after they never made it into the recycle bin! Please share your opinion and any other options you have found.

Midsummer is the perfect time for this pretty ring featuring a large peridot cabochon set in 18k yellow gold bezel amidst a bright burnished sterling flower.
This ring's original carved stone was lost over the years, so we hired Megagem to artfully carve a replacement: a very difficult task of fitting to the original setting. Mom's June birthday, wedding anniversary, and the birth of a new child is celebrated here with Tahitian pearls, also incorporating Dad's July and brother's August birthstones of Ruby and Peridot!
